PHP Support Tickets is offered in two flavours; Premium @ $29.99 and Free.
The Premium application is the latest build, which will include new features and bug fixes.
The Free downloads are older versions that may contain bugs (many of the fixes are documented in our forum), and certainly will not have the full feature list. However we recommend downloading and installing the lastest free version to get the hang of the application before purchasing.
Support Guidance
We will give install support on the Premium version, wherever the application is at fault. Other than that we issue support on a fee basis only. Often we can address issues within our forum: forum. We can support the Free versions on a Paid basis, please see our Support Options. Please note any support requests to our personal email accounts will likely be ignored.
